We went into buy 2 new lead acid batteries for our caravan. We were recommended to upgrade to a $900 lithium battery which we did. Now back in Perth we find it's not compatible. I rang and Ray said just run it on AGM setting. This is incorrect information.

Called in today as battery on remotes to vehicle, one wasn’t working and other slowly going, guy at counter was able to install new batteries there and then without any hassles what so ever. Most helpful and really appreciated the service. We’ll done and A big thanks.

Thanks to Joel and Ray for a very professional service. We went to the store inquiring about solar panels fitted to the caravan. First we were dealing with Joel who was very informative on the product. We were then guided by Ray, who was installing the panels and explained very clearly to us, the process involved which gave us peace of mind.I recommend any enquiries regarding batteries etc...you won't deal with anyone better.
